But if you were in a situation like myself and need to turn over your house quick for a decent rate - these are your guys. The process was super smooth. Very little I had to do to prep the house. Their team came over and looked at it. We negotiated what we both deemed a fair price and a 14 days later I had the money in my account from the sale.
